FAQ's
  1. Who can take the tours?
    Tours are open and available to anyone. Persons from the age of 5 and above are required to pay.

  2. Can bookings only be made on-line?
    Reservations may be made on-line or by contacting our offices.

  3. Is there wheelchair accessibility?
    Presently, we do not have vehicles in our fleet that offer wheelchair accessibility, however arrangements can be made to accommodate persons requiring wheelchair assistance.

  4. When are tours available?
    Tours are available everyday, including public holidays.

  5. Are private tours available or are they booked by vehicle seating availability?
    All tours are private tour bookings. Bookings will not be mixed. Each group is handled individually. Only upon request will groups be combined.

  6. How is payment made?
    Payments are made via a Visa or MasterCard facility upon booking confirmation.

  7. What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; however there is a $50.00 penalty fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arranged tour.
