Refunds
We guarantee cruise ship passengers the full refund of shore excursion deposit should the ship not visit our port. There is a cancellation fee of $50.00 per booking for cancellations made in less than 24 hours.
Who may use our services?
Bahamas Sightseeing and Tours services are available to both resort hotel guests and cruise ship passengers. Be sure to include your name and the name of your resort or cruise ship when contacting us.
How large are the tour groups and who participate?
Our tours and excursions are available to both resort hotel guests and cruise ship passengers. Cruise ship registries and hotels utilize tour companies that cater to big groups which translate into crowded tour buses. Do not make this mistake. Our tours are private bookings making the experience more personal. Your booking with us means that only your party will participate in that tour. We cater to individuals, couples and family groupings.
Booking your own tour has its advantages. You have the option of having a customized tour for 2½ or 4 hours. The duration of the tour depends on where and what you would like to accomplish. As the tour is private and the groupings smaller, it makes it more manageable allowing greater intimacy and freedom. There is always the option of individualized itineraries. Our vehicles are comfortable, modern, air-conditioned and are at the disposal of your group alone for the duration of the tour experience. |
